**In this Role, your responsibilities will Be**:- Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective management of resources- Management and monitoring of area KPIs- Compliance with the production program in terms of quantity and quality on the production process and establish goals- Manage and plan production of the area, based on the requirement- Implement process improvements for the operation- Detect and resolve findings in the operation- Promote continuous improvement projects- Root cause analysis and action plans- Development of strategies to improve production- Know and ensure that the personnel under your charge know and understand the Company's Quality Policy- Supervise and motivate personnel to keep areas in compliance with the requirements of a 5S's+1 plant.

**For this role, You Will Need**- Administrative, Industrial, Mechanic Engineer or related- Leadership, Resource management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision making, Teamwork Personnel management.
- Microsoft Office- Work under pressure.
- Leadership skills- Problem solving- KPI ́S- Mandatory: Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, Assembly, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics and CNC lathes or machining.5 years of the experience in a similar position.
