Position Overview
Responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities in a warehouse to ensure efficient flow of inventory and operations.
What you'll do
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, preparing and shipping products.
Personnel Coordination: Direct, motivate and train warehouse personnel. Assign tasks and establish shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety, health regulations and standard operating procedures.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Implement procedures and technologies that improve warehouse performance.
Problem Solving: Manage and resolve operational and personnel problems effectively and quickly.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse performance, inventories and any relevant incidents




SAP Software knowledge as a must
Who you are
3 years of previous experience in a similar role in warehouse management.
Bachelor's degree could be an Engineering professional, Business Administrator or Similar.
Conversational English
Leadership and personnel management skills & ability to work as a team and motivate others.
Knowledge of inventory and logistics management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills & attention to detail and analytical skills
