Job Overview:
We're helping our client, a fast-growing men's lifestyle and apparel brand, find a
TikTok Shop Manager
to own and scale the brand's TikTok Shop into a top-three revenue driver. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end performance of the channel from live shopping and catalog optimization to creator partnerships and data-driven growth strategies.
You'll thrive here if you're fluent in TikTok commerce tools, obsessed with data, and love turning content into conversions.
Responsibilities:
Translate brand goals into a TikTok Shop growth roadmap and monthly GMV targets
Manage catalog uploads, pricing rules, inventory buffers, and fulfillment compliance inside Seller Center
Plan, script, and promote weekly TikTok LIVE streams using LIVE Manager
Build a strong network of internal hosts and external creators for live and shoppable content
Launch and optimize Spark Ads, affiliate offers, and creator incentives to drive acquisition




Track performance via dashboards that blend TikTok-native data with deeper SKU-level analytics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, CX, Paid Media, and Logistics teams
Stay ahead of platform policies, regional expansion risks, and compliance updates
Must-Have:
3–5 years of experience in social commerce or marketplace operations
Proven success scaling a U.S. TikTok Shop to $5M+ annual GMV
Strong grasp of Seller Center, LIVE Manager, Spark Ads, and affiliate tools
Data fluency—comfortable using SQL or BI platforms for insight generation
Ability to drive merchandising decisions and brief video-first creative content
Excellent collaboration skills across teams and external partners
Nice-to-Have
Experience managing influencer/creator partnerships within TikTok
Exposure to regional tax implications or IP compliance
Past ownership of successful live-shopping strategies blending entertainment with commerce
