Ensure the technical success of programs by understanding customer needs, staffing with appropriate resources, and driving continuous improvement of tools and processes. Collaborate with other Design Center leaders globally to effectively and appropriately utilize all resources and provide expected levels of support. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred. Two (2) years of Project Management experience is preferred. Experience with Design patterns and principles is preferred. Strong understanding and working experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) is preferred. Highly proficient in modern C++. Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time operating systems (RTOS). Ability to work cross functionally.
