Role Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer specialized in Agentic AI to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions. This role will focus on creating AI agents for ITSM, CSM, and other business areas, leveraging ServiceNow's AI Agent Studio, AI Orchestrator, and advanced AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG. The idóneo candidate combines strong technical expertise in ServiceNow with hands-on AI/ML experience to deliver scalable and innovative enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement intelligent workflows and applications using ServiceNow's Agentic AI framework.
· Build and maintain integrations with APIs (REST/SOAP), external systems, and data sources through Integration Hub.
· Leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) to enhance AI agent performance.
· Ensure workflows and AI agents comply with ITIL best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
· Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the accuracy and efficiency of AI-driven workflows.
· Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
· Document processes, configurations, and AI solutions for operational transparency and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:




· 5–7 years of hands-on software development and ServiceNow development experience with a focus on AI integration.
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent within ServiceNow.
· 3–5 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
· Proven experience with AI/ML models applied to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making.
· Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB (required).
· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise systems.
· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules (preferred).
· excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.
About the Position:
· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mexico City Time).
· Location: 100% Remote. Contrator model.
