Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
QA Automation Engineer
with 3 to 5 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance. The idóneo candidate will be proficient in developing automation scripts, executing API and performance tests, and implementing robust testing strategies within a
Scrum team environment
. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using
Java + Selenium
Design and execute
API tests
using
JMeter
to validate backend services and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective
testing strategies
Integrate automated tests into
CI/CD pipelines
to support continuous delivery
Use
Git
for version control and maintain clean, well-documented test code
Apply basic
AWS
knowledge to test cloud-based applications and environments
Participate in
Scrum ceremonies
, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify, document, and track bugs; work closely with developers to resolve issues
Continuously improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and QA processes
