ALTEN Mexico is looking for Program Manager (Propulsión) Advanced
General Activities:
Definition of process to be implemented per region (database file)
Coordination and management of all process network within the function
Project development process mapping and roadmap animation within Project Management Office (PMO)




Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders in NA region to understand project objectives and priorities.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
4-5 years
Soft skills:
Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills:
Experience in program management preferably working already in a propulsion group in automotive industry.
Or experience in program management with at least knowledge in propulsion systems (Engines, EVs etc)
PMP certification is a bonus
VISA desirable
