Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Print Production
Design, update, and rebrand marketing collateral (brochures, inserts, flyers, posters, etc.) in line with existing brand standards.
Conceptualize and produce new print and digital marketing materials to support campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize and execute creative projects.
Coordinate with vendors and printers for production, proofing, and delivery of marketing materials.
Ensure design consistency across all printed and digital touchpoints.
Marketing & Digital Support
Support social media content planning and execution in collaboration with community teams.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency and tone across digital channels (web, social, email).
Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Monitor websites and digital listings to identify updates or corrections.
Project Coordination
Manage and track marketing and design projects in the project management system (e.g., Asana).
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets by coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Collect project updates and assist with marketing performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in
Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications
, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
in marketing coordination and graphic design.
Proficiency in




Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom); familiarity with
Canva
is a plus.
Strong
copywriting and editing skills
; able to adapt tone for different audiences.
Experience with
social media management
(Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Knowledge of
project management tools
(Asana or similar).
Experience with
email marketing platforms
(e.g., Mailchimp).
Basic
video editing skills
(Adobe Premiere or Rush) a plus.
Advanced English skills
Prior experience in the
Senior Living or Hospitality industry
is a plus.
