Finance team:
We are looking for our next Reporting Analyst who has strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP (MX GAAP) accounting principles.
Challenges that await you:
Prepare and analyse financial reports in compliance with international standards.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting
quality and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc
financial analyses
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP (MX GAAP) accounting principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.




Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) – written and spoken.
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation.
Familiarity with US GAAP.
Experience with Bank or Fintech industries is a plus.
Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle,) is a
plus
