Senior Compliance Lawyer
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Compliance Lawyer to collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance in executing a robust corporate compliance program. If you're passionate about regulatory excellence, risk management, and shaping business strategy while protecting brand integrity, this role is for you.

Monitor, analyze, and interpret the
evolving regulatory framework
applicable to the financial industry.
Stay up to date on regulatory developments and
advise the business on their impact
on current and proposed activities.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of
personal data protection systems, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with
data protection laws
, including the management of data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction).
Contribute to
corporate governance initiatives
, including ethics programs, anti-bribery frameworks, and compliance training.
Support internal and external
reviews and audits
, with a particular focus on
ESG standards
.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance to
identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks
.
Promote a
people-focused and ownership-driven culture
, encouraging accountability and ethical behavior.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure

7+ years of experience in
compliance and regulatory law
, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven background in managing
financial regulatory frameworks
and compliance programs.
Strong alignment with values of

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English
(Spanish is a plus).
Strong analytical and
data-driven decision-making
capabilities.
High attention to detail and a structured approach to complex legal matters.

risk mitigation strategies
.
