Key Responsibilities
Oversee specifications, quality control, and vendor management.
Supports reporting for literature distribution, ensures content governance and compliance.
Coordinate updates and version control in systems like Seismic or T.M. Storefront.
Workflow coordination between creative, compliance, and production teams.
Maintain metadata and taxonomy for literature assets.
Documents and reviews workflows to identify potential opportunities for process streamlining.




Must-have Skills
T.M. Storefront / Toppan Merril
Understanding paper types, color profiles, and finishing options.
Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency
: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation
