Description
We are actively looking for a
Human Resources Training Analyst
who will ensure compliance with the training plan in accordance with organizational requirement
Activities
Coordinate and deliver internal and external training programs.
Manage induction/onboarding courses.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) as required.
Ensure compliance with requirements during internal and external audits.
Follow up on training effectiveness.




Maintain training databases.
Record training activities in the SIRCE platform.
Ensure the delivery of courses and training sessions.
Control, update, and ensure the posting of skills matrices on the production floor.
Administer evaluations to employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
