We are looking for
Service Now Architect
:
Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Software, Computational Sciences.
Specializated professional in the design and implementation of tecnic solutions with the ServiceNow plataform, with aproach in scalating, integrating and aligning with good practices. Has solid experience in ITSM and CMDB, advance habilities in developing and integration, with certifications that validated their knowledge.
Acts as the key bond between tecnic teams and the business team ensuring that the solutions delivered are sustainable efficient and aligned.
Activities:
Design technical architectures for
ServiceNow
solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with plataform standars.
Lead the implementation of ITSM and CMDB modules in enterprise-level projects.
Develop scripts and configurations using
JavaScript and Glide API.




Manage integrations with external systems through
REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Collaborate with development, business, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Provide advanced technical support and
mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Proven experience with
ServiceNow, ITSM and CMDB modules.
Knowledge of
complex workflow automation
and system integrations.
Familiarity with
DevOps and Agile metholodologies.
Experience in
ServiceNow migrations or version upgrades.
Experience with other ServiceNow modules
(HRSD,CSM, SecOps)
is a plus.
Additional certifications in
architecture or project management
(TOGAF, PMP)
are desirable.
Experience level
(3-5+ years).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – must
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – at least one
