What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential B2B customers across the LATAM region
Launch strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospects
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and up-to-date
Partner with marketing to align messaging and improve conversion




1+ year of SDR or lead generation experience in SaaS or tech sectors such as MarTech, EdTech, FinTech, HRTech, or SalesTech
Proven track record in B2B prospecting and outreach
Comfortable handling 100+ outbound calls per day
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus, but not required
Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
Fluent in English; multilingual candidates are a plus.
Reliable laptop, professional home office setup, and stable high-speed internet.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
