In this role, you will own your recruitment processes end-to-end — from sourcing to offer acceptance — taking full accountability for results. Strong communication skills will be key to building trust, ensuring alignment, and keeping hiring processes moving efficiently.
Responsibilites:
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles simultaneously.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
Communicate clearly and consistently to align expectations and provide status updates.




Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using creative methods in competitive markets.
Keep hiring pipelines on track with proactive candidate engagement and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and drive processes forward.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with hiring managers.
Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Adaptability when priorities shift, without losing focus on quality and candidate experience.
