We are looking for a CAD Engineering IT Support.
General Activities:
You will be responsable for providing specialized technical support in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and performance of CAD software. This role involves managing the related IT infrastructure, developing process automation through scripting, and collaborating with engineering teams to streamline design processes. The engineer will also train end-users on the effective use of CAD tools and document technical procedures.
Bachelor ́s degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Design.




Professional experience in engineering
IT support
or related areas.
Strong knowledge in
CATIA V5/V6
and
3DExperience Ticket Triage
(User training, system health diagnostics).
Experience with IT infrastructure management for
CAD tools
.
Proficiency in automation scripting.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshotting skills.
Ability to document processes and create user guides.
Strong communication and training delivery skills.
Skills:
