Business Unit Analyst
to join our dynamic team.
The Business Unit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business trends, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our business units operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business unit performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights for strategic planning initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Participate in project follow-ups to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analyst, Finance, or related field.
Are welcome JR, MID or Sr profiles in business analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
