TTI Latin America is in Search of our next superstar HR Specialist located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
What we look for:
HR Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files in line with legal and corporate standards.
Transactional HR Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll coordination, and routine employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover), ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, and support audits and compliance checks.
Administrative & Program Support: Coordinate HR-related meetings, interviews, and training sessions; provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives; manage communication with vendors and service providers.
Benefits & Vendor Management: Administer programs such as food vouchers, transportation allowances,



and other employee benefits; maintain clean records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Policy & Process Management: Manage acknowledgments of corporate policies (HR, Compliance, IS), collect data for wage adjustments, and support payroll process.
Recruitment & Screening Support: Handle documentation for background checks and assist in planning drug testing processes.
System & Data Management: Perform manual reconciliations due to system limitations and maintain accurate data for HR internal systems and outsourced payroll.
Continuous Improvement: This role leverages its unique perspective within the HR department to identify and implement improvements, in coordination with HRBPs and HR Generalists, to streamline processes and maximize the effective use of HR platforms.
