About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Molding Coordinator
to lead one of the most critical production areas in our plant. This role oversees
22 injection molding machines
, the
mold maintenance department
, and the
process engineering team
, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.
You will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world-class performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations in the molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are met.
Lead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actions.
Oversee process engineering activities, parameter optimization, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate new mold trials, validations, and production launches.
Manage and develop technical staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce scrap.




Ensure compliance with IATF *****, ISO *****, and internal standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading injection molding operations.
Solid knowledge of mold maintenance, parameter adjustment, and process troubleshooting.
Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, DOE).
Familiarity with IATF ***** and ISO ***** standards.
Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred).
Knowledge in Coretools and CQI23
Desirable Master molder
Advanced English level.
