Telesales Team is engaged in tasks related to customer acquisition, cold calls, and telemarketing. The team is responsible for operational efficiency and data-driven operational decision-making, customer acquisition costs, as well as optimizing internal systems through A/B testing.
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to transform how our Telesales team operates — from hiring and retaining the right agents, to detecting fraud, lowering acquisition costs, improving the CRM system through A/B testing, and implementing AI solutions.
Challenges that await you:
Strengthen and expand the existing analytics framework, ensuring reliable, business-ready data
Build dashboards and models to track agents performance, understand costs of telesales, build ops planning system
Coordinate analytics-driven processes across stakeholders, making data a core part of operational decisions
Analyze performance trends, identify churn drivers and potential fraud, and recommend actionable solutions
Improve the CRM client application form with new features, data prefill, and A/B testing to boost conversion and reduce costs
Conduct research to define high-performing agent profiles and guide recruitment and retention strategies
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in fintech or big tech




Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Proven experience in A/B testing, statistics, and data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to make sound decisions
Experience in driving data-driven decision-making and building both analytical infrastructure and team processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong academic background (top universities are a big advantage)
Willingness to relocate to Mexico
