FlexTal Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will assist the Controller in managing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for coordinating audits, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting the development of financial strategies that align with company goals.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.




Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
