We are seeking a motivated
Accountant
to handle general accounting tasks with a focus on
accounts payable
for our U.S.-based operations. This position is adecuado for someone looking to grow in a full-cycle accounting role while maintaining strong AP oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
Support month-end and year-end close activities.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Assist with audits by providing required documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based companies.
Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Experience with
Stampli
(AP automation) and/or
Paylocity
(payroll software).




Exposure to both accounts payable and payroll processes.
