DESCRIPTION
We are actively looking for a
Legal Analyst
who will be responsible for providing legal and strategic advices to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves managing corporate legal matters as contracts,intellectual property, corporate governance and conflict resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Law or Labor Law
Fluent in English
Previous experience in Maquila Company
Knowledge in:
Legal compliance
Contractual obligations
Legal requirements for plant operating permits
Lease, loan of use, sublease contracts
Mexican Institute of Industrial Property
ARCO Rights
Real Estate Leases and Subleases
Contract, Notarial, Corporate, Civil, Commercial Law
Close relation with external lawyers
ACTIVITIES
Counseling in all areas for legal compliance
Support for obtaining the IMMEX Program
Handling and obtaining notarized offical documents
Monitoring internal processes
Resolution for disputes with suppliers
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Management and review of contracts related to various subjects
