, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with
AP experience
who have worked with U.S.-based companies and are eager to develop their careers in finance.
NOTE: The start date will be in early October, and the recruitment process is currently underway to secure the right talent for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and documentation of expenses.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Support audits by providing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
Preferred:
Experience in property management or real estate accounting.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Yardi or other accounting/ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.




Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Work Model
Hybrid:
3 days on-site in our offices at Midtown Jalisco, 2 days remote.
