We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is idóneo for someone with around two years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
Review and enter invoices, ensure proper approvals, and issue payments in a timely manner
Apply customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
Assist in the preparation of journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain organized records of all accounting documents and transactions
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
Assist in audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and month-end procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)




Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or in a shared service center
Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
