About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Recruiter
to lead high-volume hiring for warehouse and logistics roles across the U.S. market. This role is adecuado for someone with strong experience in operational recruitment and a keen ability to manage fast-paced hiring needs using modern recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment positions.
Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, databases, and AI-driven platforms like
hireEZ
.
Manage candidate pipelines and workflows using
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and other digital tools.
Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in
non-IT
and high-volume environments.
Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g.,
hireEZ
) and modern ATS platforms.
Strong communication, time management,



and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience recruiting for U.S. warehouse and logistics roles is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-border teams.
