DESCRIPTION
R
esponsible for the dimensional and cosmetic analysis of first pieces and already existing series, ensuring compliance with the client ́s specifications.
Implementing series release routines: definition and execution of the acceptance criteria, documents of release, validation of the results and tracking.
Non-Conformities management
through 8Ds analysis, containment, root cause analysis and the definition of corrective and predictive actions.
Establishing

tracking
of the control measures for the
process, assuring traceability and
repeatability.
Provide technical support in
client
and
internal
audits
Working directly with areas such as, production, engineering
and
suppliers to ensure requirements compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's
Degree
in
Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
9 +
years of experience in the quality department
Black Belt
8D Methodology
Experience working with Plastic Injection processes
PSW for final release
Fluent
English (
Conversational
level
)
