As HR Intern for the Global HR team at Ruhrpumpen, you will be able to learn about different HR functions such as Internal Communications, Culture and Organizational Development, meanwhile supporting the business by attracting developing,g and retaining the best talent around the world to achieve the business objectives.
Job's requirements:
Willing to work on-site in our San Pedro offices
Availability of at least 30 hours a week.
Interest in the HR function
Fluent English
Graduation date Spring **** or further.
Currently studying a Bachelor's in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent.
Assist all HR Integral areas in internal announcements, engagement activities, event organization, etc
Assist all HR areas with follow-up of purchase orders, payments, and reimbursements
Support in searching for suppliers for HR Events (courses, team buildings, integration sessions, etc)
