QA Automation Engineer Rest Assured API - Hybrid in Mexico City or Guadalajara
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented SDET API/QA Automation Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the automation of software testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate experience in software test automation.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Embrace a mindset of continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in test automation tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in test automation.
Utilize test automation frameworks including Playwright and Appium.
Proficient in advanced
English communication skills, proficiency at C1-C2 is required.
Apply solid programming skills in languages such as
Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript.
Work with
continuous integration and version control tools
such as Docker, Git, and Bitbucket.
Manage defect tracking and testing processes using tools like Jira, Xray,



and Zephyr.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Rest Assured (Rest Assured is mandatory).
Familiarize yourself with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Design test cases leveraging Gherkin business language.
Working Conditions
Location: Hybrid mode in Mexico City and Guadalajara.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
