Responsible for GDL TD&S; team staffing, development, and performance. Partner with Mask-Tech leaders to maintain an effective working relationship. Accountable for GDL TD&S; work to meet committed DBR dates. Collaborate on and drive TD&S; Technology roadmap including: State of the art tools and design / verification methodologies Automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency Define and lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects that are critical for TD&S; solutions. Master's in electrical or Electronics Engineering or other similar discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Strong personnel, program and project management skills. Strong communication skills to interact with integral and local teams. Proficiency in EDA tools for design,



layout and verification. Solid knowledge of semiconductor processes, device physics, operation, parametric testing, and DFM. Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to understand existing methodologies quickly and provide enhancements. Demonstrated ability to create innovative ideas to improve processes and solve existing problems. Familiarity scripting languages Python/Skill is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and explore unfamiliar concepts
