Uncapped commissions

Cold call warm, high-quality homeowner leads
using our fast dialer system
Use proven scripts and dynamic energy to
lead the conversation with confidence




Follow up and nurture leads through the decision process
Collaborate with our call center and leadership team to close deals smoothly
Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets
✅ What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience
with strong closing skills
Confident, professional communicator (both voice and written)
Charismatic personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-starter mindset—you stay focused and execute without being micromanaged
Tech-ready: stable internet, working headset, and reliable power
Available
Monday–Friday, 12 PM–8 PM EST
(adaptable for some overtime)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
