client is expanding their international team in Mexico and is
currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join
their Retention Department. Location: Mexico Open Positions:
Retention Agent – Spanish (LATAM Market) Retention Agent –
Portuguese Market Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a
Retention role within the FX industry . Previous experience in a
similar position is a must . Native or fluent Spanish (for LATAM
desk) or Portuguese (for Portuguese desk). Strong communication and
negotiation skills. Proven ability to build long-term relationships
with clients. Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering
results. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Key
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with existing
clients. Increase client engagement and maximize retention
opportunities.



Identify clients' needs and provide suitable
solutions based on their trading objectives. Promote company
products, services, and ongoing campaigns. Meet and exceed
individual performance targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records
of all client interactions within the CRM system. Work closely with
internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
