Role Overview:
We are running a search for a bilingual Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site and internal support for a professional services firm based in Mexico City. This is a long-term opportunity under a subcontractor scheme. The idóneo candidate is an early-career IT professional eager to grow within a consulting environment. The role includes a mix of technical support and participation in internal technology consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site support twice a week at the client's office (Insurgentes Sur, CDMX), addressing hardware, software, and basic network issues.
· Handle support tickets, assist with installations, configurations, and post-deployment user guidance.
· Offer walk-up assistance and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
· Participate in documentation creation and contribute to improving the support process.
· Join internal consulting projects three times a week at the firm's offices (Paseo de la Reforma).
· Support initiatives related to IT audits, system implementations, and information security consulting.
Qualifications:




· Bachelor's degree in a field related to IT or Computer Science.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
· 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT consulting roles.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Eagerness to develop a long-term career in consulting.
· Certifications in networking, IT support, or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
· Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.
· Experience in customer-facing roles or consulting firms
About the Position:
· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mexico City time).
· On site 2 on-site days per week at the client's offices (Insurgentes Sur) and 3 in-office days at at hiring company (Paseo de la Reforma).
