We are looking for a
Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist
to support U.S.-based Senior Living operations. This role combines
hourly U.S. payroll processing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and P&L; exposure
, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with U.S. stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll (U.S. Hourly Payroll)
Process
weekly and bi-weekly payroll
for multiple U.S. Senior Living communities (approximately
400 employees
).
Calculate and process
commissions, bonuses, and adjustments
.
Record payroll journal entries in the accounting system.
Serve as the
main point of contact
for payroll system issues and inquiries.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with
U.S. payroll standards
.
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Support
Audit
resident charges
to ensure accuracy.
Review
daily deposits
and reconcile them to resident accounts.
Process
resident refunds
.
Support revenue-related inquiries and reporting.
Accounting & Financial Analysis
Perform
bank reconciliations
.
Conduct
P&L; trending and analysis
.
Participate in
monthly P&L; review meetings
with community directors, answering payroll, AR, and revenue-related questions.
Prepare
monthly statistical reports
for move-ins and move-outs.
Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.
