We are searching for a dedicated Accounting Manager to oversee our finance team. In this role, you will manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide insightful financial reporting. You will be responsible for also improving financial processes and implementing best practices within the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
● Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
● Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
● Initiate and coordinate financial audits.
● Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
● Develop and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
● Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
● Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting systems.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least five years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Quickbooks and databases.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
