We are looking to hire a
Technical Writer
at our office in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Development:
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather information and develop detailed documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and API guides, in both English and Spanish.
Write, edit, and maintain user-friendly content that clearly communicates complex technical information.
Content Strategy:
Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices for bilingual content, ensuring consistency and quality.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing documentation and propose new content that addresses the needs of English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates, facilitating the creation of relevant and timely bilingual documentation.
Actively participate in product development meetings to provide input from a documentation perspective.
Tools and Technology:




Use various authoring tools and content management systems to create and update bilingual documentation efficiently.
Explore and recommend new tools or technologies that could enhance the efficiency and quality of documentation processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to continually refine documentation in both languages and address areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and incorporate them into your work.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with Document360 (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with TalentLMS (preferred but not required)
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable language in both languages.
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, or similar.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
