We are seeking a motivated
Appointment Setter
to support a real estate team by conducting high-volume outreach and scheduling appointments with realtors and internal contacts. This role is fast-paced and communication-focused, idóneo for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by results.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to realtors, prospects, and internal contacts to schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to keep conversations active.
Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate entry into calendars and CRM systems.
Maintain call logs, daily outreach numbers, and appointment-setting metrics.
Conduct basic research on property locations (particularly around the San Diego area).
Provide consistent and professional communication on behalf of the real estate team.
6 months to 1 year of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
Excellent spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
Comfort making a
high volume of daily outbound calls

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn property locations using maps and local reference tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Previous work in
real estate, mortgage,



or realtor support

Familiarity with U.S. housing market terminology and general workflows.
Familiarity with the San Diego, CA area.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Zipdev Day)
