Education: University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or relevant financial studies. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
Experience: At least 15 years in business controlling and plant controlling in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge: Accounting, planning, financial controlling, material cost control, cost breakdown calculation, margin analysis, CAPEX, and other financial areas.
Language: Spanish and English required, German is a plus.
Software SAP.
Visa and Passport.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic financial partner to senior leadership.
Lead cost-optimization initiatives, financial modeling, and key strategic projects.




Oversee working capital, liquidity, banking relations, and financing needs.
Ensure full compliance with tax, customs, reporting, and statutory requirements.
Manage legal, contractual, risk, insurance, and security matters related to financial operations.
Strengthen controlling processes, including forecasting, cost accounting, treasury, audits, and investment planning.
Lead and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with global and local leaders to support performance, identify risks, and drive profitability.
Supervise IT and SAP support functions in coordination with international teams.
