In the role of Technical Leader System Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing system engineering processes, guiding your team through complex project requirements, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Your expertise will be critical in leading system architecture and integration, providing technical direction, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead system engineering activities throughout various project phases including requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing.
Act as the primary technical contact for system-level inquiries and challenge project specifications.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure that system requirements are met.
Facilitate the development of system architecture and design documentation.
Oversee system integration, testing, and validation to meet project milestones and objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.




Participate in project planning and review meetings, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the engineering process.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in system engineering, with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of system architecture principles and technical standards.
Strong experience in performing requirements analysis, functional allocation, and system design.
Familiarity with development processes such as Agile, V-Model, or similar methodologies.
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams, effectively collaborating to solve complex engineering challenges.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficient in industry-standard modeling tools and software (e.g., UML, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
