We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The incumbent will perform a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department.ResponsibilitiesEnsures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies, and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system.Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolution of account discrepancies.Process ModelN creation and update requests.Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts,



inventory adjustment errors.Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.Maintains accounting department files and records.Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.Assists with special accounting projects as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience (Must): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial/full sets.Knowledge (Must): SAP HANA; SAP CONCUR.Abilities/Qualities: 10-key by touch; strong numerical ability; proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software; attention to detail; strong organizational skills; commitment to excellence; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions; Fluent in English.Why Join MCCCompensation/Benefits: Be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of automotive semiconductor technology.Competitive compensation package, including bonuses.Professional development opportunities and continuous learning.Collaborative work environment with passionate colleagues.
