**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a full business partner to the Matamoros, Mexico site.
- Partner with the site leadership team to achieve monthly and quarterly financial commitments, with an emphasis on margin improvement.
- Provide month-end reporting and forecasting for the site.
- Partner with General Accounting and Cost Accounting to ensure financial results are accurate and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with Cost Accounting and assist in analyzing appropriate standards during Cost Rolls.
- Analyze financial results, explain deviations to forecasts, and communicate risks and opportunities to management.
- Prepare the annual operating plan (AOP) and financial forecasts.
- Conduct detailed supporting analysis on P&L; accounts that affect gross margin.
- Drive continuous improvement to department procedures and processes to improve efficiency.




- Provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.
- Assist the Finance Manager with reporting and analysis as needed.
- Help the Finance team with extra projects like analyzing reasons for capital spending, tracking financial data, and investigating financial problems.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field with 2+ years of finance/accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
- Demonstrates problem-solving and in-depth analytical skills.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions with good judgment while aligning with policies and procedures.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English languages.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**:- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills working across various functions.
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail.
