**Financial Accounting****Job summary****Main Responsibilities**:**1.Financial Reporting & Compliance**- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide **timely financial reports** to HQ, ensuring they meet corporate deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with **local tax regulations, financial standards, and company policies**.
**2.General Ledger Management**- Maintain and reconcile **general ledger accounts** to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure proper recording of **journal entries, accruals, and adjustments**.
- Assist with the **month-end and year-end closing processes**.
**3.Accounts Payable & Receivable**- Oversee **accounts payable and receivable processes**, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, reconciling outstanding balances.
- Address **discrepancies and resolve financial issues** related to AP/AR.
**4.Tax Reporting & Audit Preparation**- Support **tax filing processes**, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax reports.
- Prepare financial records and documentation for **internal and external audits**.
- Assist in implementing **audit recommendations** to improve financial controls.
**5.Budgeting & Cash Flow Management**- Assist in **budget preparation and financial forecasting**.
- Monitor **cash flow**, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for **cost control and financial optimization**.
**6.Process Improvement & Efficiency**- Identify **opportunities to improve financial processes** and enhance reporting efficiency.




- Collaborate with the Cost Accountant and other teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with **Epicor ERP** systems.
**7.Additional Responsibilities**- Provide financial insights for **decision-making and business strategy**.
- Support the finance team with **ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects**.
- Participate in **cross-functional initiatives** to improve financial operations.
**Qualifications & Requirements****Education & Certifications**:- Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is a **plus**.
**Experience**:- **2-5 years** of experience in financial accounting, specifically in **automotive manufacturing**.
- Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, compliance, and general accounting principles**.
**Technical Skills**:- **Proficiency in Epicor ERP** for financial tracking and reporting.
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and **financial reporting tools**.
- Knowledge of **local and international accounting regulations and tax compliance**.
- Experience in **budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management**.
- Advanced English**Soft Skills**:- **Proactive and self-driven**, capable of working independently.
- **Excellent communicator**, able to present financial data clearly to management and HQ.
- Strong **time management skills** to meet tight reporting deadlines.
