We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Data Operations****General Services**:- Program management- Application metrics- Application onboarding**Application/Platform Maintenance**:- Routine maintenance i.e. upgrades- Corrective maintenance - incident/problem/defect resolution- Preventative maintenance - efficiency, reliability,



and maintainability improvements**Production Support**:- Incident management - work on incidents as assigned- Incident trend analysis/analysis for incident root cause- Problem identification and resolution- Continuity - executing disaster recovery plans, population of plan information- Create/update documentation, knowledge base articles, run books.
- Change ticket tasks, perform activities/validations, etc., as assigned- Work on job failures/abends- Identify root cause and suggest fixes.
- Engage development/engineering teams for complex production issues as needed.
- Perform shift handover and takeover activities from between locations.
- Suggest best practices, propose, and implement process improvements.
**Operations Support**- Application/platform monitoring and event management- Implementation/Deployment activities**Service Requests**- Work on service requests as assigned- Work on releases and coordinate with development/engineering teams during releaseLanguage: English (fluent).
