**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and execute database migrations, ensuring smooth transitions while minimizing downtime.
- Design efficient and scalable solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assess and select the most suitable technologies for migration projects.
- Analyze existing databases, identifying optimization opportunities and resolving performance issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Build secure and scalable data architectures with a focus on confidentiality and integrity.
- Document technical processes and best practices to support both the team and end-users.
- Monitor and optimize system performance,



implementing proactive solutions to avoid bottlenecks.
- Manage implementation projects, including creating work plans, drafting technical proposals, and coordinating follow-up meetings with clients and teams.
**Requirements**:**Education**- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Experience**- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a**Data Engineer**(mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in**database migration projects**.
- Strong expertise in**Snowflake, Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL Server**.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data architectures.
**Preferred Certifications**- Snowflake certifications.
**Additional Skills**- Experience with**NoSQL databases**.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as**Git**.
- Strong communication skills in**English**, both written and spoken.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
