We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while strengthening our employer brand in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for professional and specialized positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative channels to build strong talent pipelines.Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through active sourcing and relationship building.Build strategic partnerships with universities, student organizations, and professional associations to strengthen early talent initiatives and employer visibility.Represent the company at career fairs, networking events,



and employer branding activities to attract high-quality talent.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and recommend effective hiring strategies.Educate and coach hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring principles.Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction initiatives and workforce planning.Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Fluent English (written and spoken).
Experience recruiting for professional and specialized roles.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations, or corporate functions.Experience with university relations and employer branding initiatives.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other ATS platforms.
