Plan, coordinate, and lead project execution, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer service objectives.
Manage operational capacity, demand, resources, supply chain, and delivery commitments while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Drive operational excellence through risk management, process improvement, and KPI monitoring to support profitability, sustainable growth, and customer satisfaction.Role ResponsibilitiesDefine manufacturing strategies and monitor operational performance for RF orders and subcontracting.Ensure on-time delivery, inventory control, and production scheduling.Coordinate engineering changes and validate technical documentation.Implement quality systems, audits, inspections, and corrective actions (CAPA, 8D).
Manage technical teams, supplier development, and skills training.Review manufacturing costs, margins, and local sourcing opportunities.Support new product introduction and process improvements in subcontracted plants.Evaluate suppliers and optimize inventory and supply chain performance.Lead continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.Provide technical support for product configurations, manufacturing, and customer requirements.Conduct supplier audits, validate deliveries,
and ensure export, packaging, and regulatory compliance.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Supply Chain, or related Engineering field.5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, subcontracting, supply chain, or engineering support roles.Experience managing supply chain activities, including supplier coordination, production planning, inventory control, and delivery performance.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Familiarity with quality systems (ISO ****, EHS).
Training in project and cost management.Experience with ERP systems, including BOM management, routing, and PO approvals.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, painting, and stamping.Experience with FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and other problem-solving methodologies.Understanding of production materials, including steel and castings.Ability to generate and manage technical documentation (BOMs, DXFs, Quality Books).
Basic knowledge of budgeting and margin analysis.Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and quality and safety management systems.
