**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:- Data Entry: Accurately input and update order information in internal systems, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
- Order Authorization: Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with company policies before approval.
- Order Audits: Conduct periodic reviews of processed orders to identify and correct discrepancies, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, and issue resolution,



providing a positive and professional experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, authorizations, and audits for reporting and compliance purposes.

**Minimum requirements**:- **Education**: Desirable Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, or an administrative-related field.Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**:1+ year of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support.
- **Language**: Good English skills.B2 or higher level is preferred.
