**The Position**This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, insurance companies, and internal departments.You'll be responsible for keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward efficiently.
**Your responsibilities**:- Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance companies regarding job status, documentation, and next steps- Coordinate with internal teams (production, estimating, sales, administration) to ensure timely execution of tasks- Maintain complete and accurate job files, including required documents, photos, and supporting evidence- Provide consistent updates to homeowners throughout the project lifecycle- Manage invoicing and follow up on customer payments- Ensure processes are followed and potential issues are identified early**What Success Looks Like**- Jobs are properly documented and up to date- Homeowners feel informed and supported- Internal teams receive clear,
