We are supporting a integral manufacturing organization
in the search for a Plant Controller Jr to contribute to the
financial operation of one of its key sites in Mexico. This role is
designed for a hands-on finance specialist who thrives in plant
environments, working closely with Operations to ensure financial
accuracy, cost control, and strong business decision-making. The
position offers high visibility within the organization and direct
impact on operational performance, profitability, and continuous
improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute
plant financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
compliance Lead month-end close activities, including variance
analysis and cost performance tracking Monitor and control
manufacturing costs, including standard cost, BOMs, and cost
centers Partner with Operations to analyze productivity,
efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities Develop and manage
budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for the plant Ensure
strong internal controls and compliance with corporate and




statutory requirements Support audits (internal and external) and
ensure readiness of financial data Provide financial insights and
recommendations to plant leadership for decision-making Required
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field. 5+ years of experience in controlling/finance within
manufacturing environments. Strong experience in plant finance,
cost accounting, and operational analysis. Proven experience with
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Advanced English
proficiency (written and verbal) required. Strong knowledge of ERP
systems (SAP preferred). Advanced Excel skills and data analysis
capabilities. Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
Job Offer: Monthly salary: MXN 55,000 – 65,000 (gross), depending
on experience and qualifications. Benefits: Above statutory
requirements. Work model: Plant-based role with strong on-site
presence and close collaboration with Operations.
