**About the Role**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehousing, and distribution management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent).
- Experience with advanced production control and inventory management techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to transportation and warehousing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.




**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain detailed logistics plans that optimize transportation routes, warehouse utilization, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor and control logistics operations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, forecast demand, and recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Manage production control schedules to align manufacturing output with distribution capabilities and customer demand.
- Oversee distribution management activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and sales to synchronize supply chain activities.
